National Retail Solutions, a POS platform provider, is offering its DOOH Impact Network to health agencies to share updates on the coronavirus. Agencies can run eight to 10 second static or video advertisements as part of a 60-second loop, according to a press release.
The network reaches 35 million customers a month with its displays in more than 8,000 grocery, retail and convenience stores, according to the release.
“Our retailer partners are concerned by the potential of the COVID-19 outbreak to impact their businesses. However, they are even more worried by what the virus may mean to the health of their customers and their families,” Elie Y Katz, NRS president, said in the release. “To support these independent retailers and the urban communities they serve across the country, we are offering governmental public health agencies the ability to display PSAs free of charge on the 8,000 plus screens of our NRS Digital Media Impact Network to share critical public health information, updates and advisories.”
