What once was overnight or even a one-day delivery wait for Amazon Prime members is now weeks to a month due to the impact of COVID-19.
One of the world’s biggest online retailers is having the same challenges as most businesses are today with supply chain, logistics and transport, according to a New York Post report.
Customers, from some social media accounts, are not very happy with the delivery delays.
“Amazon has really got to stop playing because if the stupid/random things I order to take the misery out of quarantine can’t arrive within 2 days, I’m not going to make it,” one Twitter user said, according to the report.
