As Coronovirus/Covid-19 continues to wreak havoc throughout the world, retail is obviously quite heavily impacted. Because of the ongoing disruption, we have made the decision to halt all non-essential marketing to allow our customers to stay focused on their own families along with the mitigation and recovery strategies of their businesses. Our entire team is still working behind the scenes, so don’t expect any decrease in service. You will, however, see a decrease in social media, direct outreach and other marketing activities.

With our unique lens on hundreds of retailers in tens of thousands of locations around the world, we will continue to bring you important insights on market- and global-level response and performance in this time of COVID-19, starting with a CEO/business leader survey we plan to publish early next week. We will also continue to publish information related to retail performance with our Performance Pulse. And of course, our engineering team continues their excellent work on the next generation of analytic capabilities.

Our resource library (https://retailnext.net/en/downloads/) has endless materials – ebooks, case studies, tutorials – on how to leverage analytics to drive in-store performance. Additionally, our training institute – available with your RetailNext license – includes “how to” videos and lessons to help understand data applications in your environment.

We believe that coming out of this there will be increased need for understanding how shoppers and employees navigate through physical retail locations and we look forward to having those conversations with you, when the time is right. In the meantime, please reach out to your account teams, to [email protected] or to me directly with any needs you may have.

With regards,

Bridget Johns, RetailNext CMO
