International Palm Society looks to increase their reach and maximize donations

Tampa, Fla., Feb. 18 – The International Palm Society has engaged Schifino Lee, Tampa-based advertising and branding agency, to increase brand engagement, awareness and donations for its society.

The International Palm Society (IPS), a global nonprofit that’s worked to protect palm trees around the world since 1957, turned to Schifino Lee based on the company’s years of success in executing national and international campaigns.

IPS is operated exclusively for scientific and educational purposes related to the study of palms, their growth, culture, conservation, care and development.

Schifino Lee will produce and run a series of comprehensive digital campaigns targeting palm enthusiasts’ three initiatives: society membership, their biennial trip and donations. It launched the six-month project at the beginning of 2020.

The first campaign, launched in January, is focused on increasing awareness to encourage palm lovers around the world to explore Réunion Island, the small tropical French isle in the heart of the Indian Ocean, on the society’s biennial trip.
