Parque Aracuo, a shopping mall company based in Chile, has selected ViaDirect to help design a digital solution to guide and inform its guests. ViaDirect in turn teamed up with software provider Telelogos to deploy 17 vertical totems, each equipped with two 65-inch displays for Parque’s mall in Bogota called Parque La Colina, according to a press release.

One side of the totem has a touchscreen to allow customers to use ViaDirect’s wayfinding software, while the other side of the totem has a screen with advertisements. Telelogos offered its digital signage software Media4Display to power the displays and remotely manage content.

“We chose Telelogos because of their expertise and our positive experience working with them on other successful projects. Media4Display is a professional solution, offering the possibility of managing content remotely, with a customizable platform depending on different user profiles,” Etienne Fredric, CARO director LATAM and country director Colombia, ViaDirect, said in the release. “We can also monitor our clients’ screens, and are able to detect potential issues in advance thanks to the device management tool. Media4Display and ViaDirect’s wayfinding solution are fully integrated and combined they offer the perfect digital solution.”
